Skilled Software Engineers required with strong C/C++, RTOS, MPEG2 HD/SD, NTSC, and PAL video/audio, Familiarity with Set-Top-Box applications, Middleware, and driver software design, Programming on a RTOS such as Linux, MIPS, assembly

Superb new opportunities in Bristol with well established semiconductor client. They have immediate vacancies for Embedded software developers with skills and experience across a wide range of areas:

Skills must include:

* Working knowledge of C or C++ in a Real Time Embedded processor environment

* Experience with MPEG2 HD/SD, NTSC, and PAL video/audio

* Familiarity with Set-Top-Box applications, Middleware, and driver software design

* Programming on a RTOS such as Linux

* Any knowledge of the MIPS processor and assembly language is a plus
