Job Description
One of the UK’s leading retail banks is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Branch Manager to join their team in Chippenham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this established organisation assisting in the maintenance and growth of the branches profitability and business.
You will be assisting the group managers in motivating and supporting the branch team to promote the delivery of all targets, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service are delivered at all times.With an excellent understanding of the nature of the market and services provided by a retail bank you will assist in developing excellent relationships with local businesses and external customers to ensure maximum generation and development of new business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for the financial responsibilities of the department and interpretation of statistical and analytical data to ensure that effective decision making for the branch is taken at all times, so attention to detail is essential.
This role requires a committed and dedicated individual who is passionate that their input can make a difference to the quality of service provided to the customer whilst making sure that their branches business excels.Remuneration:Competitive

Role Requirements/Details:
CeMap qualified with Registered Mortgage advice status
Previous budget management/financial responsibility
Relevant experience within a supervisory role – direct line management of a branch team
Excellent interpersonal and written skillsHave good knowledge and understanding of the variety of relevant market products, services & legislative and regulatory requirements
Required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
